FinePS serves all 50 U.S. states and Washington, DC. Eligible orders shipping to the contiguous United States receive Free Standard Shipping, with delivery expected in 8-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping is offered at checkout for eligible products and destinations. Expedited service does not include a guaranteed delivery date. If an expedited option is not shown, use the Shipping Quote form.

Product shipping profiles
Compact products include small accessories, screen clips, verified spline rolls, spring kits, tapes, dots, and cable wrap. Protective sleeves and protective netting use the Bulky profile. A 15 lb or 18 lb spline roll uses the Compact profile only when its measured packed carton is no more than one cubic foot.
Orders containing both Compact and Bulky products may show combined expedited charges because each shipping profile is rated separately. Compact orders over 30 lb, Bulky orders over 50 lb, and all 96-inch bug seals require a shipping quote.
Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses are not available through checkout.

- Confirm your state, postal code, and message, then submit the request. Your cart items are included automatically.
Returns and refunds
Contact FinePS within 30 days of delivery to request a return. FinePS provides the return shipping label. Products must be returned in their received condition.
After FinePS receives the returned product, an 80% refund of the merchandise amount is issued. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Your bank may take up to seven days to post the refund after it is issued.
FinePS does not offer exchanges.
